The Bishop Museum in Honolulu contains thousands of historical artifacts from Hawaii’s rich history. The museum houses the world’s largest collection of Polynesian cultural and scientific exhibits. Students of Academia enjoy visiting the museum and experiencing the exhibits with friends and teachers.
 Recently, the “Megalodon: Largest Shark that Ever Lived” exhibit opened at the Bishop Museum. The exhibit contains a full-scale model of the shark that is 60 feet long! Academia staff and students take field trips to the museum every semester. The museum is 5 minutes away from the school by bus and within walking distance of other historical locations, like the Iolani Palace.
